E-mail Archiving

What is archiving?

     Email archiving allows users to better organize their email accounts. The DLS Helpdesk has set limits on how much space each person receives on their Biology account. Once you have reached your limit you need to be able to free up space in order to send a receive email. Archiving is a feature that allows you to safely store old emails that you still need to have access to. Below you will find instructions on how to perform this in both Outlook and Entourage.
