Connecting the Projectors

 

PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE PROJECTOR. To obtain a remote, please contact the office in charge of the conference room.  If you are in need of assistance please contact the DLS Help desk @ 53661.  

 

 

Video Connection

* You will need the following cables for your connection:

       A. Computer Cable (Video Input Cable)

       B. Audio Cable (Optional - only for presentation that require sound)

 

1. First turn on the projector using the remote.

2. Locate the Projector Input Wall Mount on the lower wall.

3. Insert the video cable into the back of the video output of your laptop.

4. Insert the other end of the cable into the wall jack.

Please Note: The bottom 3 inputs on the Projector Input Wall Mount are for the use of external media equipment such as DVD players, TV's, VCR's, camcorders, etc. 

 

 

 

Audio Connection

 

For presentations with sound in addition to video, perform the following step:

 

1. Insert the audio cable into the back of the audio output of your laptop.

2. Insert the other end of the cable into the wall jack.
