Name: Carolyn Ambrose

What do you do? Manage the recruitment and admission for the Molecular Biosciences Graduate Program

How long have you worked at Rutgers? 40 years working, 3 years a student

Favorite Moment at Rutgers: Too many to count: spending summers landscaping at Cook, driving a pickup all over Eagleton lawn to break down the NJ Folk Festival, weeding my roommate's plant pathology research project in a field near the log cabin, and watching the Molecular Biosciences program morph from 2 to 3 to 5 programs - receiving stacks of paper applications for admissions and now getting everything virtually through systems.

Fun Fact: I have been known to patrol the length of Canal Road between Rocky Hill, Griggstown and East Millstone in the spring and summer, rescuing giant snapping turtles sunning themselves in the road!
